Summer desserts

Ingredients (for 4 glasses)

-Half a cantaloupe
- 150g of raspberries
- The juice of half a lemon
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 5 crushed biscuits

1. Put the pieces of melon and a tablespoons of sugar into a blender and mix them together. Then pour the pureed melon into four glasses. Using a small spoon, sprinkle on some biscuits.

2. Put the following ingredients into  the mixer: raspberries, the remaining sugar, cream cheese and lemon juice. Then gently pour this raspberry mixture over the crushed biscuits.

3. Place some crushed biscuits, icing sugar and a few chocolate chips on top. Put a raspberry  in each glass. Put your glasses in the freezer for an hour. Serve very cold!
